Doug Norberg

Doug is a seasoned attorney with over 25 years of experience focusing on virtually all aspects of business and real estate law, with particular emphasis in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, real estate, lender liability (banking) and landlord/tenant litigation.

Doug attended the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law, the University of Oslo, Norway, Faculty of Law and the University of North Dakota School of Law. Doug is a graduate of the University of North Dakota where he received his B.A. and J.D., with distinction in 1997. While in law school, he served as a member of the Law Review and an officer of the Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity. Doug is admitted to practice in all of Colorado’s trial and appellate courts, and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Doug is also an active real estate investor and developer. He is a member of the American, Colorado and Arapahoe County Bar Associations.
